Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Urology Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in North Carolina, starting Jun 15, 2026. This role involves a weekday daytime schedule from 8a-5p with no call requirements, focusing on an adult-only patient population. Key duties include rounding, consults, and OR support for full-scope urology cases, leveraging robotic capabilities available on site.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide full-scope urology care for an adult-only patient population, with no trauma cases.
  • Conduct daily rounds and consultations.
  • Offer OR support as needed, utilizing robotic capabilities.
  • Manage a typical patient volume of 12–20 consults per day.
  • Assist with 3–4 surgical cases per day (first assist preferred, not required).
  • Work a weekday daytime schedule from 8a-5p with no call requirements.
  • Collaborate alongside an MD and a full hospital support staff.


Additional Information

  • Board Certifications required: Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist - Adult Gerontology (ACCNS-AG), Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (AGACNP-BC), or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (A-GNP).
