Job Description

Our client in California is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment beginning Jun 22, 2026. This role offers an 8 AM to 5 PM flexible schedule, focusing on a mix of primary care visits with an average patient load of 14-18 individuals daily, encompassing a wide range of ages and diverse healthcare needs.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a diverse patient panel across various age groups, focusing on primary care.
  • Conduct physicals and provide preventative health services.
  • Offer prenatal care, women's health, and men's health services.
  • Perform well baby care and geriatric care.
  • Address chronic disease management and urgent care needs.
  • Provide podiatry services.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing, basic lab services including blood draws, and hearing and vision screening.
  • Administer immunizations, COVID-19 testing, and vaccinations.
