Locum Tenens Physician - Emergency Medicine Needed in MS

Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a 10-day assignment in Mississippi, beginning Aug 10, 2026. This role involves managing a variety of ER and clinic cases within a non-trauma setting, requiring proficiency in intubation, chest tubes, and central lines. The schedule will consist of 12-hour shifts, either 7a-7p or 7p-7a, providing critical patient care for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and various wounds.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform intubation, chest tubes, and central lines when required.
• Provide comprehensive care for emergency room patients in a non-trauma center environment.
• Manage a wide range of clinic cases, including diabetes, hypertension, and wound care.
• Address infrequent deliveries (typically 2-3 per year).
