Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant for a 9-day assignment in California, starting Jun 1, 2026. The Physician Assistant will be integral to evaluating Leave of Absence (LOA) and ADA requests, reviewing return-to-work notes, and collaborating with the LOA team to manage a backlog of requests. This role requires at least 4 hours of work per week.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Evaluate Agile Work Arrangement (AWA), ADA requests, and return-to-work with restrictions notes to make determinations.
  • Collaborate primarily with the Leave of Absence (LOA) Team.
  • Meet with employees at your discretion for further evaluation into requests.
  • Prioritize and address the current backlog of requests.
  • Review requests related to FMLA, disability, short-term leave, and remote work.


Additional Information

  • Must possess current licenses in California, Kentucky, and Washington D.C.
  • This is a remote position, with information shared via Secure File Transfer.
  • Work at least 4 hours per week.
