Job Description

Our client in Texas is seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 48-day assignment starting Jun 5, 2026. This role involves managing urgent care cases and performing various in-office procedures as the sole provider, with expectations to close all charts by the end of each shift. Shifts include an AM shift from 8am-4pm and a PM shift from 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Operate as the sole provider, managing all urgent care cases and procedures independently.
• Ensure all patient charts are closed by the end of each shift.
• Manage a wide range of urgent care cases, including basic and common conditions.
• Perform in-office procedures such as incision and drainage, sutures, foreign body removal, and toenail removal.
• Address occupational medicine services including workplace injuries, evaluations, and drug testing at some locations.
