Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 12-day assignment in Washington, starting Jun 15, 2026. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. This role involves working in a rural IHS clinic, providing comprehensive family practice care for all ages, including pediatric patients, and managing urgent care walk-ins, such as minor illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive family practice care and manage urgent care walk-ins for patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries, including cough, cold, flu, strep throat, and minor wounds.
  • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.
  • Perform suturing as required.
  • Work in a rural IHS clinic setting.


Additional Information

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • EMR: Greenway
  • Must have IHS experience
  • Ability to suture is strongly preferred
  • Women's health experience is a plus
  • Must see pediatric patients and all ages
  • Position features low patient volume
