Our client in Vermont is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment, commencing on Nov 23, 2026. This role involves managing a full spectrum of family practice cases, including well-child checks and chronic disease management, within a rural health clinic environment. The schedule operates from 8am to 5pm, with no call responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive medical care for rural health clinic cases.
• Manage full-spectrum Family Practice cases, from pediatric to geriatric care.
• Conduct well-child checks.
• Address various conditions including chronic pain, hypertension, and obesity.
• Care for a patient population with approximately 70% on Medicare/Medicaid.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system.
• Work schedule is 8am-5pm with no call.
