Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Neonatologist Physician for an exciting 12-day assignment with our client in Michigan, starting May 10, 2026. This role involves in-house call from 7 pm to 7 am, providing NICU coverage, attending C-sections, and facilitating neonate transfers. You will be instrumental in managing an average of 0 to 4 admissions daily in a NICU.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide NICU coverage in a unit.
- Attend C-sections as required.
- Facilitate the transfer of neonates.
- Manage an average of 0 to 4 admissions per day, with approximately 12 patients daily.
- Work shift hours from 7 pm to 7 am, with in-house call.
- The role does not include coverage of the Well-Baby Nursery.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Neonatology is required.
- Experience with Cerner and Powerchart EMR systems.
- Must be currently working, or have worked within the last six months, at a NICU.
