Job Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist Physician for a 4-day assignment in California, starting Aug 7, 2026. The role involves 24-hour out of house call, daily rounding on newborns, NICU, and the pediatric unit, along with procedures like intubation, UAC, UVC, and thoracentesis. This position also covers inpatient ER, OB, NICU, admissions, and discharges.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct daily rounds for newborns, NICU, and the pediatric unit for approximately two hours each morning.
  • Provide 24-hour call coverage.
  • Perform procedures including intubation, UAC, UVC, and thoracentesis.
  • Manage inpatient cases covering the ER, OB, and NICU.
  • Handle patient admissions and discharges.
