Job Description

We are seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment with our client in Washington, starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves working a 7-on, 7-off schedule from Tuesday to Monday, 10am to 6pm, averaging approximately 56 hours per rotation. The practitioner will serve as the sole provider, managing an average of 20 patients daily and performing a range of typical urgent care duties, including procedures like sutures, x-ray reading, and foreign body removal.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Function as the sole provider at the clinic.
  • Manage an average of 20 patients per day, with caseloads varying from less than 10 to over 30.
  • Perform typical urgent care procedures such as sutures, IMD's, toe nail removal, laceration repair, reading x-rays, injections, and foreign body removal.
  • Address bread and butter urgent care cases.
  • See walk-in and scheduled patients.
