Locum Tenens Physician - Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Needed in SC

Job Description

Our client in SC is seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Physician for a 63-day assignment starting Jun 22, 2026. This role involves a 7 ON 7 OFF schedule with shifts from 8a-5p, plus weekend call. The Physician will focus on seeing 10-12 patients daily, including consults, assisting with ER, and engaging in community outreach with schools and families.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide care within a new unit.
• See 10-12 patients daily, including 1-2 consults.
• Assist the General Adolescent Inpatient unit and provide ER and hospital consults.
• Engage in community outreach, working with school systems and families.
• Cover general psychiatry call, including ER consults and weekend shifts.
• Manage acute care and general adolescent inpatient cases.
• Handle responsibilities for probate court, including attending court hearings as needed.
• Adhere to a 7 ON 7 OFF schedule.

Additional Information
