Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant for a 35-day assignment with our client in Missouri, commencing Jul 6, 2026. This vital role focuses on comprehensive patient management during night shifts, encompassing essential documentation, meticulous pre and post-operative care, and direct oversight of patients within the CTICU and MICU environments, ensuring high standards of critical care delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide thorough patient documentation.
• Manage pre and post-operative care, including ECMO patients.
• Oversee patients on the general floor, in the CTICU, and MICU.
• Deliver specialized care for CT surgery patients.
• Work night shifts from 1830-0700.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certification: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
• EMR System: Epic
• Experience with Impella 5.5
