Job Description

Our client in California is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for an 80-day assignment starting Jun 15, 2026. This role involves a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule in a clinic setting, focusing on a full range of occupational medicine cases including routine appointments, initial evaluations, and follow-ups.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide care in an Occupational Medicine clinic setting, working alongside other medical professionals.
  • Manage a diverse patient load, including routine occupational medicine appointments, initial evaluations, follow-ups, and consultations.
  • Address typical occupational medicine cases such as workers compensation claims, pre-employment physicals and exams, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and DOT physicals.
  • Conduct audiometric testing as needed.
  • Opportunity to supervise advanced practice providers if comfortable in that role.


Additional Information

  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Occupational Medicine is required.
  • Experience with the Cerner EMR system.
