Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 60-day assignment in California, starting Feb 23, 2026. This role involves comprehensive anesthesia care, with weekday shifts covering general cases, elective surgeries, and trauma, while nights and weekends focus on inpatient, add-on cases, and trauma. Available shifts include 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, and 7:00 AM-7:00 PM.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide anesthesia for weekday OR cases including general, ortho, neuro, spine, ophthalmology, and OB.
- Cover inpatient, add-on cases, and trauma during night and weekend shifts, including neurosurgery and OB.
- Work collaboratively with a team, with two Anesthetists assigned during nights—one in the OR and one for OB.
- Exclude open heart cases from the scope of practice.
