Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for an immediate 5-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Mar 2, 2026. This role involves a Monday to Friday schedule, typically from 7 am to 8:30 p.m., with a consistent 7 am start time. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing their own cases and procedures, focusing on a diverse range of standard cases including pain management, general and GI surgery, spinal fusions, and ortho - vascular and endovascular cases. Our client does not require call, weekend surgeries, or OB service for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a variety of standard cases and procedures independently.
- Provide anesthesia for pain management, general and GI surgery cases.
- Handle spinal fusions, as well as ortho - vascular and endovascular cases.
- Adhere to a Monday to Friday schedule with a 7 am start time.
