Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 240-day assignment with our client in Maryland, starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves providing general anesthesia, airway placement, arterial line placement, and advanced airway management techniques in a high acuity inpatient setting. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, offering 10, 12, or 14 hour shifts with no nights, holidays, weekends, or call responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general anesthesia, airway placement, arterial line placement, and advanced airway management techniques in a high acuity inpatient setting.
- Perform intubation with DL and videoscope, arterial lines, and IV insertion.
- Manage cases across general surgery, neurosurgery (AVM, craniotomies, aneurysm repair, etc), ortho/trauma, GI/endoscopy, urology, trauma, ENT, plastics, podiatry, dental/oral surgery, emergency airway, and ICU/critical care.
- Utilize extensive inpatient OR experience.
