 We are seeking a skilled Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a 60-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Missouri. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a diverse case mix, including cardiac procedures, general anesthesia, and off-site locations such as IR, Cath lab, MRI, Endo, and Bronch. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts per week, with the possibility of 4 twelve-hour shifts including weekends. The assignment begins on 03/30/2026, with potential for extension. The selected CAA will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care in various settings within the hospital.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including cardiac cases

• Provide anesthesia services in off-site locations such as IR, Cath lab, MRI, Endo, and Bronch

• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and assist in developing appropriate anesthesia plans

• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures

• Assist in managing post-anesthesia recovery and addressing any complications

• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Epic EMR system

• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period
