Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures, including OB, general surgery, orthopedics, and some neurology cases
- Work under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist
- Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work various shift lengths
