Responsibilities and Duties
Work closely with the surgical team in the OR, ensuring effective anesthesia care.
Manage anesthesia services before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and surgery; adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
Provide post-operative follow-up and pain management.
Ensure all patient records are updated and maintained using Epic EMR system.
Participate in night call duties to handle any urgent care needs after regular clinic hours.
Additional Information
Board Certification in Anesthesiology required.
Must hold a valid CRNA license for Wisconsin.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification needed.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
