Responsibilities and Duties
  • Work closely with the surgical team in the OR, ensuring effective anesthesia care.
  • Manage anesthesia services before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and surgery; adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
  • Provide post-operative follow-up and pain management.
  • Ensure all patient records are updated and maintained using Epic EMR system.
  • Participate in night call duties to handle any urgent care needs after regular clinic hours.

Additional Information
  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology required.
  • Must hold a valid CRNA license for Wisconsin.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification needed.
  • Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
