Job Description

 We are seeking skilled Cardiology Critical Care Nurse Practitioners for a locum tenens position in Maryland. This opportunity offers a 188-day assignment starting on August 25, 2025, with coverage needed every day from 7am to 7pm. The ideal candidates will manage patients in the CVICU step-down unit, focusing on post-cardiac and post-vascular surgery care. Responsibilities include managing patients after they step down from CVICU, handling cases such as CABGs and valve work. The schedule is flexible, with options for 7-on/7-off, Monday-Friday full-time, or weekend coverage. This role requires 2-3 APPs daily, with 3 APPs needed on weekdays and 2 on weekends.
