We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Critical Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in West Virginia. This 84-day opportunity begins on Jan 5, 2026, and features 7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off night shifts, typically 13-14 hours from 7pm to 7:30/8:30am. Candidates must have prior Cardiac ICU experience and hold current ACLS and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide advanced cardiac critical care during night shifts in the ICU
  • Manage and monitor complex cardiac patients in a high-acuity environment
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Respond to emergencies and acute changes in patient status
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols and best practices in cardiac critical care

Additional Information
  • Must have Cardiac ICU experience
  • Active West Virginia license required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (AGACNP-BC) preferred
