We are seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This opportunity begins on Feb 9, 2026, with night shifts from 7p-7a. The provider will round on floor-level care patients, participate in ICU procedures, and collaborate with attending physicians to deliver high-quality cardiology care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Round daily on all floor-level care patients admitted to or seen in consultation on the general cardiology service line
• Write daily progress notes, event notes, admission H&Ps, new consult notes, and discharge summaries
• Order medications, testing, and procedures as indicated
• Perform procedures in the ICU when indicated, including arterial line placement, central line placement, and cardioversion
• Conduct new consults in collaboration with attending physicians
