Our client in Alaska is actively seeking a skilled Cardiologist for a 90-day assignment starting Jun 25, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive cardiology services, including outpatient and inpatient care, ICU management, non-invasive procedures, and echocardiography. The schedule involves 24-hour shifts to support a trauma facility.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide outpatient cardiology services.
- Manage inpatient cardiology cases.
- Deliver care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Perform non-invasive procedures.
- Conduct echocardiography.
- Perform rounding on patients.
- Engage with a trauma facility.
- Perform Nuclear Cardiology procedures (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.) is preferred.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Cardiology required.
- EMR systems used: Athenahealth and Cerner.
