We are seeking a Cardiology Physician Assistant for an 80-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon. This opportunity begins on Feb 16, 2026, offering a weekday schedule with day shifts: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The assignment is ideal for an experienced Cardiology APP looking to provide expert care in a collaborative environment while maintaining a predictable workweek.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver comprehensive care to cardiology patients as part of the advanced practice provider team
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising cardiologists
  • Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests relevant to cardiology
  • Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health and treatment options
  • Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with clinical standards

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in Oregon
  • Required board certification in Cardiology
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DEA certification required
  • Prior experience as a Cardiology APP strongly preferred
