Responsibilities and Duties
Provide outpatient cardiology care in a high-volume clinic setting
Collaborate with a team of 12 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of cardiac conditions
Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
Document clinical findings and care plans in the medical record
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members as needed

Must have active Wisconsin license
Prior outpatient cardiology experience required
