We are seeking a board-certified Cardiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Louisiana, starting May 25, 2026. This opportunity offers a flexible clinic schedule, with standard outpatient cardiology duties and options for four or five clinic days per week.

Job Details

• Start Date: May 25, 2026
• LOA: 120 days
• Provider Type Needed: Cardiologist
• Schedule: Clinic 5 days a week; open to 4 day clinic weeks

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide outpatient cardiology care
• Manage ICU consults as needed
• Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures
• Conduct echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Adhere to high standards of patient safety and clinical quality

Additional Information

• Board certification in Cardiology required
• Must hold a license in Louisiana or be eligible through IMLC
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Holidays observed: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
