We are seeking a board-certified Cardiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Louisiana starting May 25, 2026. This opportunity features a clinic-based schedule five days a week, with call every 2-3 weekends and flexibility for four-day clinic weeks during non-call periods. The assignment covers a range of non-invasive cardiology cases in both outpatient and ICU settings.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide outpatient non-invasive cardiology services
  • Manage ICU cardiology cases
  • Perform echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
  • Conduct nuclear cardiology studies (including Cardiolyte and thallium protocols)
  • Respond to STEMI cases
  • Participate in call coverage as scheduled

Additional Information
  • Active Louisiana medical license or IMLC eligibility required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Fellowship training in Cardiology required
  • Board certification in Cardiology required
