Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified Cardiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Maryland beginning Mar 30, 2026. This opportunity spans 125 days and features a Monday through Friday schedule, 8a to 5p, with a mix of outpatient and inpatient duties and some night and weekend call coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-invasive cardiology and be comfortable with both clinic and call responsibilities.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8a-5p; 3-4 weeks per month; 1:4 daytime call; 1:6 weeknight and weekend call; must be available at least 3 weeks per month

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide non-invasive cardiology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning
• Participate in daytime, night, and weekend call rotations as scheduled
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Additional Information

• Must be board certified in Cardiology
• Maryland medical license required
