Locum Tenens Physician - Cardiologist Needed in MD

Job Description

Our client in Maryland is seeking a skilled Cardiologist Physician for a 120-day assignment starting Jun 1, 2026. This role involves seeing patients in both office and inpatient settings, collaborating with an IP APP, and includes a Monday-Friday clinic schedule from 8am-5pm, with weeknight call by phone and one weekend of call and rounds per month.

Responsibilities and Duties

• See patients in the office and inpatient service
• Work alongside the IP APP
• Participate in weeknight call by phone
• Conduct weekend call and rounds for the hospital once per month
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday
• See general cardiology cases
• Perform TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography)
• Perform Cardioversion
