Job Description

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist for a locum tenens assignment in New York. This opportunity begins on Jan 5, 2026, and spans 20 days, with a Monday through Friday schedule split between clinic and hospital settings and no call responsibilities.

Job Details
  • Location: New York

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, hospital and testing reads 8:30am-12pm; clinic 12:30pm-5pm; two weeks per month

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Split time between clinic and hospital, working half days Monday through Friday
  • In the clinic, see 15 to 18 patients per day with scribe support
  • Perform treadmill stress tests, nuclear medicine stress tests, echo stress, Holter monitoring, EKGs, and echocardiograms
  • Conduct hospital rounds and manage approximately 35 consults per week
  • No call or emergency department coverage required

Additional Information
  • Must hold an active New York medical license
  • Board certification or eligibility in General Cardiology required
