Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage patients in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic ICU and step down units
  • Perform and manage procedures such as balloon pumps, central lines, and chest tubes
  • Handle admissions, discharges, and consults
  • Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation
  • No OR or first assist responsibilities

Additional Information
  • Active PA Nurse Practitioner license required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • No new graduates; prior ICU and cardiothoracic experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR
