Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole cardiothoracic surgeon on call during scheduled periods
- Supervise physician assistants during limited clinic hours (one day per month)
- Manage and follow 20-25 patient cases per month
- Provide comprehensive care for all cardiothoracic surgery cases as needed during assignment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case logs for a 24-month period
Additional Information
- Kansas medical license and board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery required
- Must be comfortable working independently as the sole provider
