Barton is seeking a qualified Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Physician Assistant for a 65-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Sept. 8, 2025. This role involves night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, working a 7 on/7 off schedule. The provider will engage in daily rounding on ICU and stepdown inpatients, manage new consults, and oversee patient discharges, handling an average of 10-15 patients daily.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct daily rounds on ICU and stepdown inpatients.
• Manage new patient consults.
• Oversee the discharge process for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Cerner EMR system.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care aligned with facility protocols.

Additional Information
