Job Description

Our client in Connecticut is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 35-day assignment starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves managing a variety of critical care cases, including central lines, A-lines, and dialysis catheters, within an acute care hospital setting. The schedule will consist of 12-hour shifts, either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM, requiring comfort with both day and night shifts.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage central lines, A-lines, and dialysis catheters.
  • Work within a Medical/Surgical ICU.
  • Provide care in an acute care hospital setting.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification required: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC) or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (AGACNP-BC).
  • EMR System: Meditech EHR.
  • Shift Details: 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM, requiring comfort with both day and night shifts.
