We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Maryland starting Jan 23, 2026. This 84-day opportunity involves independent night ICU coverage, with 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am. The schedule requires 7-10 shifts per month in January and February, increasing to 14-20 shifts per month from March onward. Candidates with prior mixed ICU experience, night shift competency, and a background in mentoring less experienced advanced practice providers are encouraged to apply.
