We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in Maryland, starting Jan 1, 2026. This 88-day opportunity involves independent 12-hour night ICU coverage, with 7-10 night shifts in Jan/Feb and 14-20 night shifts per month from March onward. Candidates should have mixed ICU experience and a background mentoring newer advanced practice providers.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide independent 12-hour night coverage in the ICU

- Mentor and support less experienced advanced practice providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Must hold active Maryland Physician Assistant license
- Previous mixed ICU experience required
- Experience mentoring APPs preferred
