We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens night ICU assignment in Maryland. This opportunity begins Jan 23, 2026, lasts 84 days, and offers independent 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am. The role is ideal for candidates with mixed ICU experience and a background mentoring APPs, with a schedule of 7-10 shifts per month in January and February, increasing to 14-20 shifts per month from March onward.

Responsibilities and Duties
