Job Description
We are seeking a Critical Care Physician Assistant for an 84-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. Starting Apr 6, 2026, this role offers a schedule of 7 to 14 day shifts per month, each from 7a to 5p. The provider will work closely with an in-house Intensivist and must be highly comfortable managing high acuity cases and performing procedures such as central line placement.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage high acuity patients in a critical care setting
- Perform advanced procedures, including central line placement
- Collaborate with an in-house Intensivist who is available as backup
- Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols and best practices
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures
Additional Information
- Active Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC) required
