Job Description
We are seeking a General Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Alabama beginning Dec 31, 2025. This opportunity offers a 1-day assignment with a 7:30am to 2pm schedule. The ideal candidate is experienced in extractions, dentures, surgical extractions, and implants, and must be able to perform a wide range of dental procedures with confidence.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform surgical extractions, including simple, surgical, and full-mouth extractions
- Provide denture services and dental implants as required
- Evaluate and treat patients presenting for extractions and prosthetic needs
- Notate any procedural limitations in the presentation as required by the client
- Ensure compliance with required certifications and safety protocols
Additional Information
- Must hold an active Alabama dental license
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substances Registration (CSR), and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general dentistry, including extractions and dentures
