We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 12-day locum tenens assignment in Alabama, starting Jan 19, 2026. This position offers a Monday through Thursday schedule with day shifts from 8am to 5pm. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive dental care to both adults and children.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform hygiene checks, fillings, crowns, and bridges
  • Complete premolar and anterior root canals, as well as molar endodontic procedures
  • Conduct simple and surgical extractions, including 3rd molar extractions
  • Perform bone grafts and implant restorations
  • Provide full and partial dentures
  • Conduct pulpotomies, pulpectomies, extractions, and hygiene checks for pediatric patients
  • Refer out only when necessary

Additional Information
  • Must have an active Alabama dental license
  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Minimum 1 year of dental experience required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
