Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Dentist for an 18-day locum tenens assignment as the sole provider in Arizona, starting Dec 8, 2025. The schedule includes day shifts Monday through Friday with a mix of full and partial days. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing extractions, dentures, and all duties required of a sole provider.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the sole dental provider for the duration of the assignment
  • Perform general dentistry procedures including extractions and dentures
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and standards


Additional Information

  • Must have an active Arizona dental license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
  • Comfortable managing all aspects of general dentistry independently
