We are seeking a General Dentist for a locum tenens assignment in Arizona. This 1-day opportunity begins on Dec 18, 2025, with coverage needed Monday through Friday across varying daytime hours. Responsibilities and Duties

- Deliver patient care in accordance with best practices and clinical protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
Additional Information
- Must have an active Arizona dental license
- Minimum 1 year of general dentistry experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
