We are seeking a Dentist with specialization in TMJ for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California, beginning Oct 6, 2025. This role requires daily Monday-Friday shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, where the dentist will handle TMJ cases including injections and bite guard fittings.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Diagnose and treat TMJ disorders, determining if the pain is muscular or joint-related.
  • Perform 6-10 TMJ injections per day and a few trigger point injections.
  • See new patients, deliver splints, and manage approximately 14-16 patient visits daily.
  • Collaborate with the Head and Neck Surgery (HNS) department to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage and fit bite guards for patients.

Additional Information

  • Requires an active California dental license.
