We are seeking a Dentist for a 4-day locum tenens assignment with our client in California, starting Dec 22, 2025. You will provide comprehensive dental care for both adults and children in a community health outpatient setting, working day shifts. The schedule includes 8am to 5pm on Dec 22-23, 7am to 4pm on Dec 24, and the clinic is closed on Dec 25. Familiarity with Dentrix EMR is required.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide routine dental care for adults and children in a community health outpatient setting
- Conduct dental exams, review x-rays, and perform cleanings
- Diagnose and treat gum disease, perform fillings, and complete basic extractions
- Deliver care for both walk-in and scheduled appointment patients
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans using Dentrix EMR
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in provider enrollment and maintain PECOS certification
Additional Information
- Active California dental license required
- Provider Enrollment and Chain/Ownership System (PECOS) certification required
- Experience with Dentrix EMR preferred
