This role involves comprehensive general dentistry, split between patient care and administrative responsibilities, with daily shifts from 7 AM to 6 PM. The position also offers a unique opportunity to progress into a dental director role, focusing on general dentistry cases including extractions and endodontic procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a 60/40 split between patient care and administrative tasks.
- Provide high-quality general dentistry services to patients.
- Serve as an associate dental director, with a clear path to eventually assume the director role.
- Perform a wide range of general dentistry cases, including numerous extractions and endodontic treatments.
- Surgical extraction skills are a plus.
- Refrain from performing high-end cosmetic procedures or bridges.
