 We are seeking a skilled General Dentist for a locum tenens position at a Clinic in Georgia. This 9-day assignment offers Monday shifts from 8am to 3pm without a lunch break, starting on 06/05/2025, with dates spanning June and July. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of dental procedures including fillings, crowns, crown prep, and extractions (simple, complex, and surgical). This role involves working independently in a 6-operatory practice, managing 2-3 columns. The dentist must have an active DEA license and be proficient in general dentistry procedures. Experience with endodontics and Invisalign certification is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, and bridges

• Conduct dental examinations and treatment planning

• Carry out simple, complex, and surgical tooth extractions

• Prepare and place dental crowns

• Manage 2-3 columns in a 6-operatory practice

• Utilize PracticeWorks dental software for patient management

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

• Adhere to all dental practice protocols and safety standards

• Identify and communicate procedures that need to be referred out
