Our client in Iowa is actively seeking a skilled Dentist for a focused 20-day locum tenens assignment, commencing Apr 6, 2026. This role requires the provider to step in for a physician on leave, working efficiently from 8:00am-5:00pm out of two chairs, and collaborating closely with the existing hygiene team to ensure seamless patient care during this period.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Take over for a doctor on leave
- Work efficiently out of two chairs
- Collaborate with 2-3 hygiene chairs filled with hygienists
- Perform Restorative Dentistry
- Place Crowns and Bridges
- Handle Removables
- Execute some extractions (no third molars)
- Address Posterior/Anterior restorations
- Perform Restorative implants
- Provide general Bread and Butter dentistry
