Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dentist for a 7-day locum tenens assignment in Idaho, starting Nov 14, 2025. The position features day shifts with hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Dentist will work out of three chairs and manage a full panel of patients, providing care to a pediatric population and others enrolled in Medicaid. This is an excellent opportunity for dental professionals with pediatric experience and required certifications to deliver quality care in a dynamic clinic setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive dental care to a full panel of patients, including pediatric cases
• Work efficiently out of three dental chairs
• Perform examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Deliver preventive and restorative procedures
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid standards and documentation
• Educate patients and families on oral health and hygiene

Additional Information

• Active Idaho dental license required
• Experience in pediatrics preferred
• Must have current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
• Medicaid Certification required
