We are seeking an experienced Orthodontist for a 12-week locum tenens assignment in Kansas. This opportunity begins on Oct 15, 2025, and offers a flexible schedule of 2-3 days per week, with Thursdays required. The assignment involves day shifts with varying hours Monday through Thursday. Proficiency in Dentrix is necessary, and the ideal candidate will hold active KS licensure and board certification in Orthodontics.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide orthodontic assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Deliver orthodontic care, including braces, aligners, and other corrective appliances
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and orthodontic care
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records using Dentrix
  • Collaborate with dental team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards

Additional Information
  • Must possess an active Kansas dental license
  • Required board certification in Orthodontics
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
  • At least 1 year of orthodontic experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Dentrix dental software is necessary
