We are seeking a General Dentist for a 48-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Kentucky. This position starts on Jan 12, 2026, and offers a flexible 4-day workweek, with the provider able to select preferred days and hours during the office's open schedule. The dentist will manage a standard general dentistry caseload, including extractions, crowns, fillings, hygiene exams, and a significant volume of dentures and partials.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including extractions, crowns, fillings, and hygiene exams
  • Perform and manage a significant volume of dentures and partials
  • Conduct hygiene checks and related clinical work (no hygienists on staff)
  • Refer out pediatric cases requiring specialized care and all sedation procedures
  • Collaborate with a support team of three X-ray technicians and dental assistants
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high standards of patient care
